Areas served by Eau Claire Polling Places

For a project in GIS II, I conducted network analysis of the geographic areas served by each polling place in the city of Eau Claire with the goal of finding an optimal location for a potential new polling place. I determined that the best place to open a new polling place would be the southern part of Eau Claire, as it is currently underserved by existing polling places and is the fastest-growing part of the city.
